ProSpend will be unavailable from 10:00 PM Friday 17 July to 12:00 PM Sunday 19 July (AEST).

Essential services, including Wise card payments, will keep running throughout.

There is nothing you need to do, other than plan any time-sensitive approvals and submissions before the window begins.

 

When will this happen?

ProSpend will be offline from 10:00 PM on Friday 17 July until 12:00 PM on Sunday 19 July (AEST). We have scheduled the work over the weekend to keep disruption to your team to a minimum.

Should we complete maintenance ahead of schedule, we will restore access sooner.

 

Why are we doing this?

We are completing an essential infrastructure modernisation as part of our ongoing work to improve the platform. A short maintenance window lets us complete this work and confirm everything is working before we restore access.

 

What will be unavailable?

During the maintenance window, the ProSpend user interface will not be available, so you will not be able to log in or access ProSpend through the web app or mobile apps.

 

What will keep working? 

We have designed this maintenance to ensure zero data loss and no interruption to backend processing while we complete the infrastructure modernisation, validation, and smoke testing.

Any claims, invoices, card transactions, or other data received during the maintenance window will continue to be processed and fed into ProSpend. These will be available to customers once the maintenance is completed and the user interface is back online.

The following will continue to work, with results and outputs available in ProSpend once the window ends:

  • Wise card payments. Cards managed through ProSpend can still be used to make payments as normal. You will not be able to view a card number, CVV or PIN in the app during the window.
  • Receipt and invoice vault email
  • OCR processing of documents already received
  • ERP updates via push notifications, for suppliers and purchase orders
  • E-invoices from Ozedi
  • Daily card transaction feeds for Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Uber

 

What to do before the window

  • Complete any time-sensitive approvals or submissions before 10:00 PM on 17 July (AEST).
  • If you expect to need a Wise card number, CVV or PIN over the weekend, retrieve and save these details before 10:00 PM on Friday 17 July (AEST), as in-app access will be unavailable during the window.
  • No other action is needed.

 

When will service resume? 

ProSpend, including the web app, mobile apps and Open API, will be available again from 12:00 PM on Sunday 19 July (AEST). Anything captured during the window will be processed and visible in your account once we are back online.
