Exporting Documents to Business Central
For our clients using Business Central, we can now export documents to Business Central. For supplier invoices, we can export the full invoice document as a document and for cash and card claims, we can export the claim summary as a document.
Document Names
When exporting documents, Business Central requires us to provide a name for each document. The document name format can be different for Bills and Journals.
Please let us know what the format should be for these file names. Example - PS-Claim ID or PS-Invoice number, etc.
Tip - Choose names that will help you in locating the documents easily in the future.
Once you send us the format of the document names, we can setup the document export process on our end. Below is what the attachments will look like in Business Central -

Exporting Files/Documents to NetSuite for Bills and Expense Reports
For our clients using NetSuite, we can now export files. For supplier invoices, we can export the full invoice document and for cash and card claims, we can export the claim summaries.
Folder
You can add a name of your choice in the Folder Name field, add a description if needed and click on Save.
Once that is done, go back to the Documents page and you will find the newly created folder here. You will also find an internal ID against that folder. Please send this to us. If you have created separate folders for Bills and Expense Reports, please send us both the internal IDs.
Document Names
Tip - Choose names that will help you in locating the attachments easily when you go into those folders in the future.
Once you send us the folder name(s) and document name format, we can enable the document export on our end. Below is what the document will look like in NetSuite -

Sage Intacct - Projects and Project Tasks Sync
For our clients using Sage Intacct, we now have an option to sync projects and project tasks from Sage Intacct in to ProSpend.
The projects and project tasks within each project will be created as project groups and projects respectively in ProSpend.
The sync can be restricted to create only certain projects or project tasks based on -
- Project statuses
- Project categories
- Project types
- Project task statuses
If your company just uses projects but not tasks, we can sync only projects from Sage. In this case, those projects will be created as projects in ProSpend.
