Support Button

We have replace the question mark icon with support button in the app header. 

The functionality remains the same as before -

• If the user has access to admin and/or payer roles, they will see 2 options when they click on Support - 

1. Knowledge Base - clicking on this will take the user to ProSpend's help site.
2. Contact Support - clicking on this will take the user to ProSpend's support portal where they can log support tickets.

• If the user doesn't have access to admin and/or payer roles, clicking on Support button will just take them to ProSpend's help site.

Initials Bubble

We have replaced full user name including the company name with the initials of the user that is logged in. Hovering over this bubble will show the full name of the user.

Logout Confirmation

We have now introduced a logout confirmation pop up when users click on logout button.
