Forgot Password

If you have forgotten your password and are unable to login to ProSpend, go to login page and click on Forgot Password.

Enter your Username and click Reset Password button. If it is a valid Username, an email will be sent to your email address registered with ProSpend.

Click on the link provided in your email to reset the password

Enter your new password in both the fields and click submit button.

Once you click Submit button, your password will be changed and a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. Click on login button and enter your username and new password to login.
