Mobile mileage expenses with Google maps

• Mileage expenses can be added to a cash or mileage claim (as per your company's requirements).
• Mileage expenses can created from the mobile app.
• A mileage expense will have a default per km rate configured by your Company
• Our Google maps integration automatically calculates your trip distance and saves the map as a receipt

Create a mileage expense

Click on the mileage icon on the bottom mobile menu.

Enter the to and from destinations, or add multiple destinations. Google maps will calculate the distance.  The distance can be overridden if required.

The amount is calculated from distance x default rate. You can code the expense, choose an existing claim or create a new claim and save it. 

The mileage expense will be added to either a mileage or reimbursement claim. When the expense is saved the google map is attached as the receipt.

If your company has enabled mileage claim type, you can add mileage expenses directly from the claim.
