Delete Bookmarked Splits

The bookmarked splits can now be deleted.

Acting Approver Changes

Below are 2 changes that have been made to the acting approver feature -

1. When the user profile is updated with an acting approver and the current date falls within the from and to acting dates, then all claims for that approver will be switched over to the acting approver. This includes claims where the approval step is that approver. Note that in this case when the claim has been submitted and the current approver changes to the acting approver, the acting approver will not get an email.

2. If the acting dates are in the future and a claim has been submitted already, on approval, the next approver will auto switch to the acting approver if applicable and they will get an email.

Increase in the Number of Project Groups and Projects Shown

The number of project groups and projects shown in the drop-down has been increased from 50 to 75. The users can start typing the required code or the name and the system will bring up the closest matches.

New User Interface for Policy Levels Setup Screen

The policy levels setup screen has a new user interface. All the functionality remains the same.

New User Interface for Import Claims

The user interface for Import Claims screen has been changed. Previously a 3-step process, importing claims can now be done in 2 steps.

  1. Load file and import data.

  1.  Create claims.

Notes Included in the Claim Cancelled Email Notifications

The system will show all the notes that have been added by a user before cancelling a claim in the Claim Cancelled email notification.

Supporting Documents can be in Excel and Word formats

Excel and Word documents can now be uploaded into the Documents section. However, there will not be preview or a thumbnail shown on the screen. The users can still download these documents.

The supporting documents cannot be emailed. They can only be uploaded.

The supporting documents will not appear in the claim summaries.

Bank Details can be shown on the Claim Summaries

The bank details of the supplier (for supplier invoices) or the bank details of the claimant (for reimbursements) can be shown on the claim summaries now.
