Operational Dashboard - Date Filter

Last month, we introduced an operational dashboard which helps you track and report on workflow performance and identify any areas for improvement.

We have now added a date filter to that dashboard, so you can see the historical performance and compare it with your current performance.

Changing the above date filter will modify the charts to display the performance as of that day. Some charts like the performance charts will display the performance for the previous 30 days.

Copying Description 2 Field from PO to Supplier Invoice

When a PO is linked to a supplier invoice, the system copies all the coding details from the PO lines to the supplier invoice lines. Previously, description 2 field wasn't included in this but it has been fixed now, so all the details are copied over.


Sending Gross Amount for Bills to Reckon Hosted

For our clients using Reckon Hosted API, previously, ProSpend used to export net amount for each line in a bill to Reckon Accounts Hosted which was causing some rounding differences between the bills totals in ProSpend and Reckon.
 
Reckon has now released a fix which enabled ProSpend to export gross amounts for lines in a bill, so there won’t be any discrepancies in the bills totals.
 
Please note - we still export net amounts for bill credits as Reckon Hosted API doesn’t support this yet. We will advise you when this is changed.

Admins Can Enter API User Credentials for Pronto and MYOB Advanced Integrations

Previously, for MYOB Advanced and Pronto integrations, the resellers or the consultants were providing the ProSpend consultants with the API user credentials to setup the integrations between the systems.

ProSpend admins can now enter these credentials themselves more securely in the Integrations section within ProSpend.

The admins can also click on "Test login" to test the API connection from this section.


Email Notification to the Cost Centre Default Approver if an Expense Goes Over Budget

You can now choose to send an email notification to the default cost centre approver if an expense goes over the budget that has been setup.

You can setup the default approve for a cost centre in the cost centre setup section as an admin.

You can then enable these over budget notifications in the user profile under the Notification Preferences section.

Once the above has been setup, when a user creates an expense for that cost centre and if that expense exceeds the budget that has been setup, the default approver will receive an email notification on claim submission.

Below is an example of an expense that exceeded the budget and a notification that went out to the cost centre approver.


Sending Invoices and Receipts to Xero

ProSpend now exports the actual invoice copy for supplier invoices to Xero via API when they are exported.

For expense claims, the system exports claim summaries which will have all the receipts linked to those claims.
